A las Músicas Concert: Andrea Cruz & Melissa Ocasio

A las Músicas is the first collaborative tour in Mexico and the United States by Puerto Rican singer-songwriters Andrea Cruz and Melissa Ocasio. On this tour, Andrea will present her latest EP, “La ausencia de albricias,” while Melissa Ocasio will present her most recent EP, “Hello, imposter,” to the public.

Andrea Cruz:
Puerto Rican indie-folk artist, composer, and cultural manager. With audacious lyrics, she embodies beauty and Caribbeanness. Albums: “Tejido de Laurel” (2017), “Sentir no es del Tiempo” (2021), “La ausencia de albricias” (2023). Performed in Mexico, Spain, and North America. Shared stage with Kany García, iLe, Buscabulla, and more.

Melissa Ocasio:
Puerto Rican singer-songwriter based in LA. Blending electronic sounds and Caribbean rhythms, she offers an alternative musical experience. EP: “Hola, impostora” with “Silla Enfermiza” single. Known for “Agárrate,” a resistance anthem against femicides in her homeland.
