CAMINOS
COLLEGE & CAREER PATHWAYS PROGRAM
Caminos is a community where participants hold each other up as they set goals and bring them into action.
Through the Caminos Program, 11th and 12th graders as well as recent high school graduates have access to one-on-one coaching, peer-led workshops, networking opportunities, and culturally relevant education opportunities. All of this support will assist participants as they transition out of high school and into their next step, whether that is college, a training program, the workforce, or another pathway. In addition to this education and career-focused support, all participants have access to one-on-one social-emotional support as needed.
Resources offered to Caminos participants (Caminantes) are:
- Supportive peers and mentors
- 1:1 Coaching
- Workshops on financial literacy, goal setting, job searching, and more
- Social-emotional and wellness support
- Up to $500 to support your post-secondary goals
