College and Career Pathways is a community where youth hold each other up as they set goals and bring them into action. The program will connect youth with people and culturally relevant experiences to support them as they take their next steps after high school.

Through the College and Careers Pathways Program, 11th and 12th graders as well as recent high school graduates have access to one-on-one coaching, peer-led workshops, networking opportunities, and culturally-relevant education opportunities. All of this support will help young people as they transition out of high school and into their next step, whether that is college, a training program, the workforce, or something else. In addition to this education and career-focused support, all young people have access to one-on-one social-emotional support as needed.
