Caminos is a community where participants hold each other up as they set goals and bring them into action.

Caminos supports young people from 11th grade through age 25 as they navigate the transition from high school to whatever comes next — college, a training program, or the workforce. Rooted in the cultural strengths of our community, Caminos offers one-on-one coaching, workshops, and networking opportunities that reflect and affirm who our participants are. Social-emotional support is woven throughout, with one-on-one sessions available to all participants. Here, young people get the tools, relationships, and community they need to set goals and make them happen.
