Discover Your Future!
The Hyde Square Task Force, Sociedad Latina and the Northeastern University's Latin American Students Organization (LASO) are proud to present the "Discovering Your Future: Siempre Palante!" conference that will debut on Sunday, April 24th, 2005.
"Discovering Your Future: Siempre Palante!" is a college and career conference designed to provide an opportunity for the youth in Boston to learn about different career and educational opportunities that are available to them. The conference will feature career panel workshops (staffed by different local professionals), a college and summer job fair, and a talent show case of local youth talents. In addition, we are excited to have Mr. Richard Harris, Director of Multicultural Engineering at Northeastern University, as our keynote speaker!
Through the conference, we hope to reach out to the youth and provide them with a safe and fun environment to explore their future. Registration is in progress, and space is limited.
